Ray Wirta


Mr. Wirta served as the Chairman of CBRE Group from 2014 to 2018. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Group from 1997 to 2005. CBRE is the largest real estate services company in the world with more than $23B in annual revenue and more than 100,000 employees providing services for clients in over 100 countries. Mr. Wirta remained a board member of CBRE Group through May 2021. Mr. Wirta was also at the Irvine Company from 2010 to 2019, the last two years as President. The Irvine Company is a privately held California based real estate company with ownership of 126 million square feet of 560 office buildings, 125 apartment communities with 65,000 units, and 40 retail centers. The company’s investment portfolio is largely located in Orange County, with about thirty-five percent of the portfolio located in Silicon Valley, San Diego, West Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City. From 1981 to 1996, Mr. Wirta was at The Koll Company, the last five years as President. The Koll Company is a significant developer of office and industrial real estate. Mr. Wirta continues to play an active role at the Koll Company as its current CEO. Mr. Wirta also serves as Managing Partner at Beaumont, where he has led the firm’s real estate strategies since 2006. Beaumont is an international private equity and real estate investment firm that has invested in over $8 billion in global real estate and more than 100 private equity transactions over the past 20 years. Mr. Wirta holds a BA in economics from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA in International Management from Golden Gate University.

Chris Lee

Mr. Lee is responsible for sourcing and structuring new investments, equity syndication and managing portfolio investments. He has extensive experience in repositioning multifamily properties, entitlements and development. Prior to Arrimus, Mr. Lee was a Founding Partner of Silver Oak Multifamily, a Texas based multifamily real estate company from 2005 to 2009. Chris started his career at Marcus & Millichap and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Lance Knapp

Mr. Knapp is focused on acquisitions and asset management of multifamily, student housing and entitlement investments. Prior to Arrimus, Mr. Knapp was an Acquisitions Associate at Griffin Capital focusing on net lease office and industrial buildings nationally. Prior to Griffin Capital, Mr. Knapp was an Associate at Eastdil Secured where he underwrote and marketed 915 office, retail, multifamily, industrial and hotel properties totaling over 145 million square feet. Mr. Knapp received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University.

Duross O’Bryan

Mr. O’Bryan is the Controller at Arrimus Capital with responsibility for daily finance and accounting activities.  Prior to Arrimus, Mr. O’Bryan was a Senior Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles where he focused primarily on large real estate clients with up to $8.5 billion in assets.  Mr. O’Bryan received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Virginia Kennedy


Virginia is responsible for executing the business plan for each asset, including oversight of third party management teams, managing capital projects, maximizing property revenues and NOI, and preparing performance reports for Arrimus Capital. Virginia has over 10 years of property management experience including asset management, portfolio supervision, new development, construction management, budgeting, performance reviews, dispositions, acquisitions, and team leadership.
