Ray Wirta
Mr. Wirta served as the Chairman of CBRE Group from 2014 to 2018. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Group from 1997 to 2005. CBRE is the largest real estate services company in the world with more than $23B in annual revenue and more than 100,000 employees providing services for clients in over 100 countries. Mr. Wirta remained a board member of CBRE Group through May 2021. Mr. Wirta was also at the Irvine Company from 2010 to 2019, the last two years as President. The Irvine Company is a privately held California based real estate company with ownership of 126 million square feet of 560 office buildings, 125 apartment communities with 65,000 units, and 40 retail centers. The company’s investment portfolio is largely located in Orange County, with about thirty-five percent of the portfolio located in Silicon Valley, San Diego, West Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City. From 1981 to 1996, Mr. Wirta was at The Koll Company, the last five years as President. The Koll Company is a significant developer of office and industrial real estate. Mr. Wirta continues to play an active role at the Koll Company as its current CEO. Mr. Wirta also serves as Managing Partner at Beaumont, where he has led the firm’s real estate strategies since 2006. Beaumont is an international private equity and real estate investment firm that has invested in over $8 billion in global real estate and more than 100 private equity transactions over the past 20 years. Mr. Wirta holds a BA in economics from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA in International Management from Golden Gate University.

Chris Lee
Mr. Lee is responsible for sourcing and structuring new investments, equity syndication and managing portfolio investments. He has extensive experience in repositioning multifamily properties, entitlements and development. Prior to Arrimus, Mr. Lee was a Founding Partner of Silver Oak Multifamily, a Texas based multifamily real estate company from 2005 to 2009. Chris started his career at Marcus & Millichap and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Kyle Olson
Mr. Olson serves as a Principal at Arrimus Capital and is the founder of Blu Ventures, a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in single-family residential. Blu Ventures currently manages four SFR funds totaling $300 million in assets. Mr. Olson also serves as an advisor to Fortune Acquisitions, a boutique SFR platform based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Prior to founding Blu Ventures, Mr. Olson was a Managing Director at Segovia Partners, a privately held, fully integrated commercial real estate firm based in Newport Beach, California. During his tenure at Segovia Partners, Mr. Olson's primary emphasis was commercial brokerage, acquisitions, and asset management. He was responsible for managing investor relations and preparing marketing materials for corporate accounts. Mr. Olson is seasoned in capital markets and the financing of multi-million-dollar assets.

Tyler Jackson
Mr. Jackson is involved in the firm's acquisitions, dispositions, strategy, capital raising, operations, and asset management. His responsibilities include the underwriting and execution of new investments as well as the ongoing business plans of assets held in the portfolio. He works closely with teams across the firm's multifamily, entitlement, student housing, and ADU development platforms. Prior to Arrimus, he worked on the investment teams at Mapletree and Oxford Properties Group in their New York City offices, where he was involved in over $2.0 billion of transactions in aggregate. That experience spanned both institutional acquisitions and dispositions across a range of asset classes. He holds a real estate salesperson's license in the State of California and received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California.

Duross O’Bryan
Mr. O'Bryan is a Principal at Arrimus Capital, where he is involved in the firm's investment strategy, asset management, capital markets, and financial oversight across the portfolio. Mr. O'Bryan has played a key role in the capitalization, management, and disposition of real estate investments. Prior to Arrimus, Mr. O'Bryan was a Senior Audit Associate at PwC, where he focused on large real estate clients with over $8.5 billion in assets. Mr. O'Bryan received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lance Knapp
Lance Knapp is a Principal at Arrimus Capital and Co-Founder/Partner of Magnolia Properties with broad experience in value-add and development projects. Mr. Knapp is a specialist in acquisitions, project management, property and asset management, capital markets, and financial analysis. He began his career at the prestigious real estate investment bank Eastdil Secured, where he worked on over $1.5 billion in transactions. While at Eastdil, he obtained his real estate license in 2014 and began purchasing his own value-add multifamily real estate. He then joined Griffin Capital, working on over $250 million in value-add and development projects while managing a portfolio exceeding $1 billion. Mr. Knapp graduated from the New York University Stern School of Business with a major in Finance.

Jacque Ross
Jacque brings over a decade of property management expertise to Arrimus Capital. Jacque oversees the execution of business plans for each asset, ensuring optimal performance and revenue growth. This includes managing third-party teams, capital projects, and preparing detailed performance reports. Jacque's extensive experience encompasses budgeting, performance reviews, dispositions, acquisitions, and team leadership.
