Mr. Wirta is a Director of CBRE and has been a member of the Board since August 1997 and was Chairman from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Wirta is also Chief Executive Officer of The Koll Company, a position he has held since November 2009. He acted as CBRE Chief Executive Officer from September 2001 to June 2005. Mr. Wirta holds a B.A. from California State University, Long Beach and an M.B.A. in International Management from Golden Gate University.
Mr. Lee is responsible for sourcing and structuring new investments, equity syndication and managing portfolio investments. He has extensive experience acquiring and repositioning multifamily assets, asset management and development. Since 2010, Mr. Lee has overseen $750 million of real estate investments throughout the United States. Prior to Arrimus, Mr. Lee was a Founding Principal of Silver Oak Multifamily, a real estate company that acquired over 1,000 multifamily units in Dallas, Texas from 2005 to 2007. Chris started his career at Marcus & Millichap and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Mr. Gahagan is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, underwriting and developing strategic investment programs. Prior to Arrimus, Mr. Gahagan was a Managing Director at Crossroads Capital Group where he was responsible for structuring unique public and private alternative investment programs, including non-traded real estate investment trusts and proton cancer treatment developments. Prior to Crossroads, Mr. Gahagan was an Asset Manager for MKA Capital Group Advisors, an $800 million real estate mezzanine finance group. Prior to MKA, Mr. Gahagan worked in acquisitions for The Dewey Group, a private real estate developer specializing in brownfield redevelopment. Mr. Gahagan has broad industry experience across numerous categories including real estate finance, water rights, brown fields, and various packaged financial products. Mr. Gahagan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Ms. Stephenson is a Principal at Arrimus Capital responsible for the acquisition underwriting and asset management of multifamily and student housing investments. Prior to Arrimus, Caroline worked at Starwood Mortgage Capital, within the credit and underwriting group. During her tenure at Starwood, Caroline was involved in the origination, underwriting, closing and securitization of more than 100 CMBS loans with an aggregate face value in excess of $1 billion. Before joining Starwood, she served as Commercial Manager of Corporate Business Intelligence at Thomson Reuters and began her career as a financial analyst at Prudential Equity Group. Caroline graduated with a BA from Yale University.
Mr. Olson is a Director of student housing investments at Arrimus Capital. Prior to Arrimus, Mr. Olson founded Blu Ventures, a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm and fee developer of various national retail franchises. Prior to Blu Ventures, Mr. Olson was Managing Director at Segovia Partners, a private real estate investment and advisory firm. Prior to Segovia, Mr. Olson was Vice President of Acquisitions of The Pres Companies where he helped grow the investment portfolio in excess of $150 million. Mr. Olson started his career with CBRE and holds a BA in Economics from Westmont College.
Mr. Knapp is an Associate focused on the acquisition underwriting and asset management of multifamily and student housing investments. Prior to Arrimus, Mr. Knapp was an Acquisitions Associate at Griffin Capital where he was responsible for analyzing and underwriting acquisitions of net lease office and industrial buildings nationally. Prior to Griffin Capital, Mr. Knapp was an Associate at Eastdil Secured where he assisted in underwriting and marketing 915 office, retail, industrial and hotel properties totaling over 145 million square feet. Mr. Knapp received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University.
Mr. O’Bryan is a Senior Accountant at Arrimus Capital with responsibility for daily finance and accounting activities. Prior to Arrimus, Mr. O’Bryan was a Senior Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles where he focused primarily on large real estate clients with up to $8.5 billion in assets. Mr. O’Bryan received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego and is a Certified Public Accountant.
